Markilux 1600

The Markilux 1600 is a semi-enclosed awning system with a contemporary, award-winning design. Winner of the iF Design Award, the Markilux 1600 has a rounded profile which gives the illusion of a full cassette, elegantly closing into the coverboard.

The coverboard of the 1600 is fitted with a brush which keeps the worst of dirt and debris off the awning as it’s being retracted, helping to keep your awning in the best condition. This feature adapts to the pitch of the awning automatically, so there’s no gap between the cover board and the front profile. It’s a great feature for those who want a low maintenance awning, leaving you with one less job to worry about.

Rated for wind speeds of up to 20mph, the 1600 is water-resistant, dirt-proof and has UV protected fabric that prevents fading. With a choice of manual and remote-control operation, this awning can be customised in numerous ways, from sun and wind sensors to heaters and LED lines for the folding arms, to create the perfect awning for your home or commercial property.
