Markilux 5010, Grey Soft Stripe Awning in Horsham, West Sussex

Our client asked us to provide an awning to cover an exceptionally wide set of bifold doors to provide shade to the room and an area to sit on warm sunny days.

The site had a few obstacles, such as the doors opening outwards, the building being of limited height, and the span being 7 meters.

The solution was to install a “Goalpost” type frame to span the large width while gaining height to allow a pitch to an awning and be large enough to provide an ambient area to enjoy the days and evenings under the new room that was recreated.

This is a fantastic example of what can be achieved where other companies said it was not possible.
